Appointments must be booked in advance and may be subject to availability. We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or the appointment being rescheduled at the discretion of the clinic.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
